Privacy notice

This notice explains, in plain words, how Singapore BJJ Directory handles personal data under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us when you ask for a listing or a correction, through the form on our List your gym page or by email. The form asks for your name, your role at the gym, the gym’s name, a WhatsApp or phone number, an email address and your message.

When you send the form, it also records where your visit came from: the campaign tags in the link you followed (if any), the website that sent you here, and the first page you landed on. Your browser keeps these on your device so the form can include them. This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies at the moment.

Why we collect it

To check and update listings, to reply to you, and to understand which places send people to us.

Where it is kept and who sees it

Form entries are stored in a private Google Sheet. Only the small team that runs this directory can see it. We do not sell or share it.

How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it to handle your request and keep a record of where a listing’s details came from.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email connect@kairosacademysg.com.
