About Singapore BJJ Directory
Who owns this directory
Singapore BJJ Directory is owned and run by Kairos Academy, a jiu jitsu gym at 11 Slim Barracks Rise #04-01, Singapore 138664. Kairos Academy is also one of the gyms in the list. We say so at the top of every page, in every footer and on our own listing, so you can judge the list for yourself.
Why it exists
Choosing a gym is hard when the details are spread across dozens of websites. We put the basics in one place: where each gym is, what it teaches, how to start, and where to find its timetable.
How gyms are chosen
We aim to list every gym in Singapore that teaches Brazilian jiu jitsu, in the gi or no-gi. Each fact comes from the gym’s own website or the gym itself, and we record where it came from and when we checked. If we cannot confirm something, the page says “Not confirmed yet” instead of guessing. The list has 43 gyms today.
How we order the list
Gyms are grouped by region (Central, East, North-East, North and West), then listed by area and by name. We do not score or rank gyms, and no gym can pay for a higher place. Because Kairos Academy owns this directory, it is always shown first, in a card labelled Featured, and linked from the top of every page. Every other gym follows the order above.
Ratings and reviews
Where we show a Google rating, a person on our team copied the rating and the number of reviews by hand, and we show the date they checked. We never copy review text. The short summary on each listing is written in our own words.
How we keep it up to date
Every listing shows the date we last checked it. Schedules and prices change, so always confirm with the gym before your first class.
Featured listings
A featured listing always carries a visible Featured label. Today the only featured listing is Kairos Academy, because it owns this directory. If we ever accept payment or a trade for a listing, its link will be marked as sponsored and the label will say so.
Corrections
If something is wrong, tell us through the List your gym page. When a gym corrects us, their correction wins, and we record it as the source.
