A wrestling and BJJ academy at APEX@Henderson led by head coach Artem Kotov, with a large kids programme that mixes gi, no-gi and wrestling and offers an optional path to competition.
Classes and schedule
Adult BJJ on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, adult no-gi and wrestling on Monday lunchtime and Friday morning, and an adult open mat on Friday at noon. Kids gi, no-gi and wrestling classes on weekday afternoons and weekends, including a kids gi competition class on Mondays. Adult wrestling most days.
